The benchmark analysis of the Brazilian auto insurance market revealed a significant gap in Ciclic’s offerings compared to competitors. Key features and coverage options such as comprehensive protection, roadside assistance, and rental car benefits were found to be lacking or poorly communicated. This disparity negatively impacts the user experience, resulting in potential customers opting for more comprehensive options from other providers.
The persona development process for Ciclic Auto Insurance involved conducting extensive research through social media platforms and conducting interviews with existing users. Through analysis of user behavior on social media, we identified key demographics and patterns of engagement. Interviews with current Ciclic Auto Insurance users provided valuable insights into their needs, pain points, and expectations. This data-driven approach allowed us to create accurate and relatable personas that serve as valuable references for designing user-centric experiences and tailored marketing strategies.
Based on the research findings, a solution was developed that involved creating a more concise and objective landing page and implementing a phased approach to the purchasing journey.
